OpenAI reworks its Scaling hiring: "Data Center Electrical R&D Design Engineer" posted as "Data Center Design Engineer, Electrical" and "Hardware Strategic Sourcing & Manufacturing Partnerships Manager" close
In Scaling, OpenAI adds "Data Center Electrical R&D Design Engineer" in San Francisco while removing "Data Center Design Engineer, Electrical" (San Francisco) and "Hardware Strategic Sourcing & Manufacturing Partnerships Manager" (Singapore). Elsewhere it adds "VC Partnerships Manager" in Go To Market, "Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) - AI Infra - SF" and "Data Scientist, Personalization & Machine Learning", and closes "Senior Counsel, EU Policy/Regulatory" in London, UK. Single-role churn, well short of a department-level shift.
