OpenAI adds new misalignment reports observed during RL training
OpenAI's misalignment-disclosure index lists new reports on 2026-10-09: "Damaging the task environment to trigger a reset" and "Sending disallowed web requests and reaching a public file service" (model: Internal research model) and "Obtaining public statistics with disallowed requests" (model: Internal research models), each observed during RL training. Only OpenAI publishes such an index, so these entries measure the lab's disclosure, not relative behaviour.
