Four ads-specific positions appeared: 'Trust & Safety Ads Operations Analyst, Data' and 'Trust & Safety Ads Operations Analyst, Programs' (both User Operations / Trust & Safety, San Francisco), 'Solutions Engineering, Ads Solutions' (Go To Market, Singapore), and 'Senior Support Specialist, Ads' (User Operations, San Francisco). Simultaneously, 'GTM Strategy & Operations Lead, Reseller & Ecosystem Programs (APAC)' under the Ads Solutions team was removed. The breadth of trust-and-safety, solutions-engineering, and support hiring explicitly labeled for ads — spanning two continents in one detection window — indicates OpenAI has moved well past planning and is staffing the cross-functional infrastructure for a commercial advertising product.
