OpenAI adds one Marketing role and retitles two others in Applied AI and Scaling

info

OpenAI's Ashby board added "Head of Analyst Relations" in Marketing; retitled "Full Stack Software Engineer, Health AI" (Applied AI) to "Softare Engineer, Consumer Health (Health AI)"; and retitled "Mechanical Commissioning Project Engineer" to "Mechanical Commissioning Lead" in Scaling (Datacenter Design team). One role added, no removals — below the department-shift threshold.
